About

The software suite WorkVisor is designed to supervise the remote and office employees. With the help of the program, Team Leader can evaluate what the employee was doing, what tasks he was solving, how actively and effectively he worked, what programs he used and how much time he spent while working with these programs, how much time was spent for each problem solving and for the whole project, and how much money was spent for the tasks and projects.

Main functions and criteria for evaluating the work in WorkVisor software suite View Screenshots

View Screenshots

Every minute the program takes a screenshot. Further, Team Leader can evaluate what kind of work his employees were doing. You can see the screenshots for any day in the "Screenshots" tab in Team Leader's account.

Keep track of labor hours (Tab "Time")

Purpose is keeping track of the actual time worked. Work time logging is turned on when the computer is running and the program is started. If more than 5 minutes any activity on the PC is absent, the program "falls asleep". An employee can voluntarily stop his work if he needs to do some personal matters but this time will not be taken into account when calculating the statistics of working hours.

This indication of such action is displayed in the Team Leader's "Time" tab as well as on the right information panel of employee's PC.

Time sheet

The program summarizes the time worked day-by day and the manager will have a time sheet for all employees for a month. If the employee has a time rate or a schedule of work, and he has not fulfilled his rate, such day is highlighted in red or yellow.

Activity accounting (Indicator "Activity")

The program counts the number of the keystrokes, the mouse clicks and the distance the cursor has passed through the screen. Based on these data, the employee's activity is calculated. This indicator is especially convenient for comparing employees in the same positions - if one employee is actively working and the other is slowly moving the mouse across the screen, then with the help of the Activity indicator this fact can be registered.

This indicator is displayed to the Team Leader in the "Time" tab, and detailed information is displayed in the tab "Activity". Information on the employee's activity is displayed on the right panel of his PC.

Efficiency accounting (Indicator "Efficiency")

The program calculates how much time spent and what programs used the employee while working. To calculate this indicator, Team Leader should set the rating of the programs for each employee. For example, for a designer the use of the Photoshop program will have a usefulness indicator of 100% while the game Minesweeper = 0%. Other work positions may have different indicators.

To calculate the indicator, WorkVisor treats the data on how much time and in which program the employee worked and calculates the average performance. Based on this indicator, you can determine how long the employee used the programs necessary for his tasks.

This indicator is displayed in the Team Leader's tab "Time" and detailed information is displayed in the "Efficiency" tab. Information on the employee's efficiency is displayed on the right panel of his PC.

Timely accounting (Indicator "Timeliness")

In the process of work, an employee can choose among the tasks that Team Leader has set for him or to create a task by his own choice. Each task can have a deadline or a specified work time. If the task does not specify at least one of these parameters, then any completed task is considered timely. On the basis of the week or month, the program calculates how many tasks were completed on time and displays the timeliness indicator. For example, if 9 from 10 tasks are completed timely, the timeliness indicator will be 90%.

This indicator is displayed in the Team Leader's tab "Time". Information on the employee's timeliness is displayed on the right panel of his PC.

Punctuality accounting (Indicator "Punctuality")

This indicator is calculated only for those employees who have a tough work schedule. The program takes into account the first and the last session of the work during the day and if the delay was more than 15 minutes or if the working day has ended earlier than 15 minutes, then such day is marked as "non-punctual". The results for the selected period are used to calculate the Punctuality indicator on the basis of the number of "punctual" and "non-punctual" days. For example, if out of 20 working days there were 3 days of late attendance, then Punctuality will be 85%.

This indicator is displayed in the Team Leader's tab "Time". Information on the employee's punctuality is displayed on the right panel of his PC.

Tasks and Projects

In the personal account on the site or in the program, Team Leader can manage the projects that the company is engaged in and assign the tasks to the project to various employees. The program will accumulate the data on how much time was spent for each task and the project as a whole. If the employee's settings specify his hourly or monthly salary, the program will calculate the cost of each job and the project as a whole based on the time spent by each participant in this project.
